I think this is the fifth event Dave has organised in conjunction with Oakley Motor Cycle Club at Oakley Sports and Social Club and it was also the best one so far. With the added bonus that it actually fell on 4th July this year, the club decided to put on a band - a Blues Brother tribute band which proved to be as popular as always with their act. Over 500 bikes turned up, a club record, plus about 100 assorted American and Hot Rod cars. Santa Pod put in an appearance and being the same weekend as Oakley Carnival, the fair was in attendance giving everything a festival feel.
